Acupuncture is a treatment derived from ancient Chinese medicine, which involves the insertion of very fine needles into specific areas of the body with the intention of improving health by addressing imbalances within the body. Diet is important in maintaining our health but so is our mindset, sleep pattern and psycho-emotional balance. These issues are just a few of which can be addressed with the help of acupuncture. The NHS currently uses acupuncture as a form of chronic pain management, however, it can also be used for many other ailments.

Facial Enhancement Acupuncture (Cosmetic Acupuncture) has become a recent addition to the treatments that Rosie offers. It is clear to see that once the body is working in harmony, the face is a clear reflection of what is going on within. The aim is to enhance the body from the inside out using a natural anti-aging therapy. By using this technique, we can tweak areas to look the best we can naturally without injecting harmful substances.
